During the 2024-2025 academic year, we were tasked with managing the University of Windsor Faculty of Law’s social media across four platforms. Further, we were responsible for creating the media (stills, reels, graphics) that would go up on each respective platform.
University of Windsor - Faculty of Law
While working with Windsor Law, we saw their overall page metrics skyrocket. Over a two month span, engagement raised over 500%. On a month to month basis, Windsor Law socials were engaging with well over 70K individuals. All interaction generated on these pages was done through authentic engagement (no paid ads were used).
Despite some overlap, each individual social media platform was updated with its own unique media. Graphics, photos, and short form media were created to be adaptive on each social media app. This meant not only creating alternative graphics and photo selections, but also filming short form videos in a manner that would allow its use across platforms with different native aspect ratios (ex. vertical video on Instagram / Facebook, widescreen video on X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Deliverables altered on a week to week basis. On average, anywhere from 3-5 posts were delivered per week, including graphics, short form, stories, captions and photography. With a plethora of announcements, events, and news worthy moments occurring within the law school constantly, this role required constant initiative so as to ensure all media was being shared at the appropriate time.

As President of the Communication Student Association at the University of Windsor, I oversaw social media management and creation. As an on campus club, there were three primary modes of contact between the club and students: Instagram, Email Marketing, and Print Media.

The Communication Student Association was the main hub for students in five undergraduate and graduate programs at the University of Windsor. Media created for the club varied from graphics, to photo carrousels, to short form videos. As President, I designed some content and managed the page - approving captions and media, as well as scheduling it for ideal times.
One large project during the 2024-2025 academic year was the CSA’s sponsorship package. This booklet was available in both digital and print for interested individuals. The sponsorship package generated over $6500.00 in sponsor revenue for the CSA in 2025.
